Shipping:
- Vendor will deliver the merchandise to the Retailer’s specified address.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Retailer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Delivery timeframes will be confirmed upon acceptance of each order. The Vendor is not responsible for delays due to factors outside of its control.
Returns
- All sales are final unless the merchandise is defective.
- In the event that a product is defective, the Retailer may return it for a full refund or replacement, provided that the defect is reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Retailer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the merchandise is confirmed as defective by the Vendor.
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days of receiving your order with a copy of your original receipt
- A store credit or promo code is issued for valid returns
- Credits and exchanges will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after processing your return.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene and health reasons
- Items must have all tags attached
- Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock
